Dear,
B.ed is Bachelor in Education is itself a training course which you have to do after completing your graduation only. But, you can do diploma in Education that is D.el.ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) which you can pursue after doing 12th only.
Also, you have asked about Maths as a learning subject. Maths is not essential to take as a learning subject. You have to choose the subjects as per your preference that means the subjects you have studied previously or you have interest in, you can choose that subjects too.
