Yes JEE advanced have more tougher questions in mathematics as compared to JEE mains. more complex questions are asked in JEE advanced and each question will consist of multiple topics where as in JEE mains one question generally consist of one topic. this combination of multiple topics in JEE advanced make it more difficult.
