Hello,

My Answer is No. Mathematics is not at all necessary if you want to go in the field of medical especially in doctor. You can Choose biology in 11th in order to get into any medical field. So that's your choice. But  there are a lot of devices which needs mathematics for instance, if you choose to do engineering in biological science and engineering then you need to have mathematics as a course. Other than that there is no necessary to study math and this will be depending on the courses that you will opt during your higher studies.

Hope this information will help you,

Good Luck!!!

Dear leaner,
Maths in medical field is hustle ,cause medical student ,don't practice maths problem so often ,and lost interest, some how there will be maths only in 1 st year and few topics are related to 10th ,no worries about that .
But placing maths as one of the subject is nothing ,I don't think that is useful at all expect giving us stress ,so take it lite,it's obviously fine if you are just pass .
All the best.
