Maulana Abdul Kalam University, Kolkata is a good college for BSC biotechnology.
Faculty is good, fees is less as compared to other colleges. Playground is large enough to play football. Mess provide good food.
Eligibility for BSC biotechnology is to have passed xii Science with PCB stream and with Minimum 50% aggregate marks. The University conducts it's own entrance test.
Admission will be based on xii score and performance in entrance exam .

Bsc Biotechnology at Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology,. kolkata is a very good course for biotechnology. It is a 3 years undergraduate program.
Admission in the Undergraduate programme of MAK-AUT, WB is made through Common Entrance Test (CET). Apart from that students must have passed from recognised board fro their class 12. The applicant must have passes/appeared/ due-to in current academic year at the Higher Secondary Examination in the general or vocational stream of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from a recognized board/ University, from science stream with English as one of the subjects .
The total fees for 3 years of BSc is Rs 1.2 lakh with a yearly fees of Rs 40000.
