Speaking only for Ukraine, most of these Indian students only make it to the mediocre medical colleges there, where there are enough indians as your peers, i cannot judge the quality of education there but its not worse if not better than most mediocre to low ranking govt colleges in India.
My advice: Go to Ukraine or Phillipines for MBBS only if you fail to make it here in India. The grass is never greener on the other side.
