You can become a Physiology after the MBBS as well as if you go for the course of BSc Physiology followed by a MSc and a PhD course. Many Medical colleges, recruits the Physiology professors being a PhD or a MD as well. So you can acquire any language as per your requirement in order to fulfil your target.
