Hello,
Nowadays many students choose foreign institutions rather than the local ones because of various reasons. Some of which includes,
- Students need not to pay any extra amount to the institution as a name of donation which is a common thing in Indian private institutions.
- The college fees is also in an affordable range. It is around 15-20lakh in a maximum range to complete a 6 year mbbs program.
- Students usually choose foreign countries whose cost of living is somewhat closer to that of in India. In your case, the cost of living in Georgia is about 49.74% lower than that of USA while it is 65.3% lower than USA for living in India. So, students choose countries like Georgia for their medical school.

So, if your neet score is too low to pursue mbbs in India and if you have got proper VISA to study abroad, then go for it.
