Yes, definitely you can do master in computer applications after completing your graduation in BSC Computer Science.
MCA is a three year course and it is very good to do after completing your B.Sc in Computer Science because only bachelor's degree will not provide you that much of high paying jobs and after completing your masters in computer application there are ample opportunity available rather than only bachelors graduate students.

To be eligible for MCA in Christ university, being a commerce graduate to be eligible , at 10+2 level / graduation level, you should have at least studied anyone of the following :-
Mathematics ,
Computer Science,
Business Mathematics
