Medhavi Chaatra Yojana is an initiative taken by MP Goverment for meritorious students to help them financially to complete their studies after class 12th. So yes it is valid this year too. The students can apply for the scheme from the official website after verifying the eligibility criteria. The registration is available from 1st July, 20 and will be available till 15th June, 21. Before applying online the candidates should have their admission letter of the respective college with them as the portal demands the submission of admission certificate at the time of filling the form. The scheme help the students in covering their full tution fees ,so that they can complete their studies easily.

For the medical Students, they have to sign a bond of 10 lakhs rupees, with the government for serving at the place assign to them by the government for at least 5 years after the completion of their course.
