No, Not necessarily
A person will be accepted into MBBS as long as he or she is free of any impairment, sickness, or condition (physical or mental).
A 'Medical Fitness Certificate' will be required though. Simply visit any government hospital and submit a Medical Fitness Certificate application to the Superintendent or equivalent authority. They will assess your weight, blood group, eyesight, and general work ability.
