According to the information available in the MHT CET official notification the candidates can select the examination centers outside Maharashtra state such as Bihar, Chattisgarh, Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The cities are not listed out but only the states. Jamshedpur is a city in Jharkhand so there might an examination center in Jamshedpur. The authorities will try their best to allot an examination center within the same district of the candidates if that is not possible they will allot an examination center in nearby district of the candidate based on his/her preferences of examination center. So if you are a resident of Jamshedpur then you can select Jharkhand as one of your preferences while selecting the examination center.
