Yes. Migration certificate is issued by the board required at the time of admission to an IIT/NIT. But if you don't have the certificate immediately don't worry; they will allow to get admission without it but you need to submit that after days. You need to inform them giving an undertaking mentioning the date by which you will be able to submit the certificate.

Yes, Migration Certificate is required for getting admission inti the IIT or NIT.
But if you don't have that certificate(s) during admission then you can inform them and give an undertaking mentioning the date by which you will submit the certificate. So you get that extra time.
