is migration certificate same as transfer certificate???

Hello,
Transfer certificate and migration certification are two different documents. Transfer certificate is issued on leaving the institute in the middle of the course or after completion of the course. Migration certificate is issued when you migrate from one board to another on completion of the course. These two certificates are issued by the institute.
