Hello Sachin Dubey.
If you are looking for an absolute answer then you should contact the corresponding department in advance in order to be clarified. As per my knowledge , each different department of BHU have their own database management system, thus you might need Migration, Transfer and Character Certificates.
So keep it ready in order to avoid any Crisis.
