There is no information on fee refund or scholarship on MITS college's official website.
So, in my view, if you know someone who has graduated from MITS college or is currently enrolled there, ask him because some universities have specific provisions that aren't publicised. So it's best if you contact someone or simply send an email to MITS college's official email address and have it discussed, or you can call the college administration directly at the number listed on the right side of the website.
