So,I would suggest you to choose a college based upon its ranking,because utimately the degree matters,And whether the branch was good or bad highly depends upon whether you took interest in it or not.

Also,you can find both kinds of people who praise any college and criticse it,Despite of the fact that both will be belonging to the same place.Because,they had different perceptions towards the way things were happening,one payed attention and constructed himself out of it but the other did not.

So,dear choose wisely!
