Kanchi university is apparently famous for imposing stupid rules of that sort….well in the generation where the just born knows how to video call ….or every single school assignment is given in such a way that the students must dive into the internet for the answers…finally when u join college u won't be allowed to use mobile…even though there is a necessity.
