Hi ,
Mobile phones are allowed in college and hostel in whichever college you study . But , there can be some rules regarding mobile phones like put it on vibration mode while you are in your class . Even a professor can say to put your phone on silent mode or aeroplane mode while he/she is teaching in the class. So , you may have to follow some rules in the college campus.
