Dear candidate, it is clearly mentioned in Student-policies of VSB college on Pg-5 under rules and regulations of hostel students:
"Electronic instruments such as Cell Phone, walkman, Radio, CDs etc., should not be used inside the Hostel"
So, it is not allowed.
