Is mobiles allowed in mepco college hostel?

Hello dear aspirant.
Let me tell you very clearly that this rule was though made by the college officials but were they able to stop any college student from keeping it.
No everyone was having mobile phones in their rooms.
When new batches come they keep their phones hidden and use in alone . And after some time everything is open .
