In government and private colleges, there is no such restriction as to what the college timings should be.

The timing in each college is decided by themselves as there is no set rule for it.

Even within a college, the timings for students of different courses can be different.

However, usually you will find that the colleges start late in the morning and end by 5:30-6 pm in the evening. But some may have morning timings from about 8am till afternoon. All this really varies from college to college.
