Yes, Mp state candidate is eligible to take part in Up counselling. Because Up is an open state for 100% seats in management quota. You can't take admission in 85% state quota for government colleges. You can only take admission in Private colleges for Mbbs and Bds.
There are total of 7528 Mbbs seats in Uttar Pradesh.
