The Vinayaka University offers M.Phil program through distance education and M.Phil offered through distance education is not approved by MHRD. You should qualify UGC/CSIR-NET or UP-SLET to qualify job at university level in UP. If you wish to apply for a job in educational institution, you must ensure that your  M.Phil degree should have been completed from a university recognized by AICTE/MHRD/UGC.
