According, to Careers 360 IIT Kharagpur has AAAAA ratings which means ExceptionalId and RV College of engineering has AAAA+ ratings which means Outstanding.
Both the colleges are very good. It totally depends on your interest you want to go for which course.
If we compare both the courses then B.tech have more value and CSE is the most demanding branch among students.
