Is mtech clinical engg worth to study in IIT madras after btech biotechnology in 3 tier colleges in tamilnadu.
Hello Bala Subramanian,
Doing UG in tier 3 college in Tamil Nadu and getting into IIT Madras is a very good thing to do in one's academic career.
Considering today's requirements in the medical and healthcare field, these are evergreen. Watching the trends for the past few years healthcare is much more getting driven with new advancements in technology and in new ideas and new concepts.
M. Tech. in Clinical Engineering would be capable of managing and maintaining a wide range of equipment used in hospitals. The total management of this aspect in a hospital, leading to cost-effective procurement and utilization of equipment without sacrificing safety and reliability, will also be addressed by them.
But considering the placements in IIT Madras for M Tech Clinical Engineering, don't hope that it's not an outstanding one. Some couple of companies are coming for the placements and they also mostly focused on those with great academic records. So students with some average grade suffer a little.
Don't lose the hope, Getting into such a reputed institution is a great thing, so cracking the companies placement arent much tough for you guys.
Wish you all the best!
