is Mumbai University going to issue a new circular on 2 Jan conforming whether lectures for affiliated degree colleges to Mumbai University will be conducted in online mode or offline mode

Hi Dear,
There is no official announcement with this regard on universities' site. Hence we cannot predict if there is any announcement which will be made by university of mumbai with respect to conduct of classes in offline or online mode for second semester. i'll recommend you to not rely on any sources until there is official announcement.
