Hello Aman Raj.

COA ( Council Of Architecture ) which is the exam conducting body doesnt conduct counselling for NATA , whereas the institutes conduct counselling .

Now each institute are free to decide their own norms for the same, so the process may varry. In other words apart from elegibility criteria prescribed by COA , the candidates will also have to meet the criteria that the institute may demand.

You might be wrong Jagruti. NATA recently made a update on thier website saying that they are planning to conduct a centralised counslelling for both the exam after the july exam of NATA is over. They are doing this in order to stop the harassment private universities do during thier own counselling
