is national pool for telangana is beneficial or not?

Earlier, Telangana candidates were not eligible for 15% quota counseling but from this year (2018) onwards except J & K all states are eligible to participate in national pool counseling so if you belong to Telangana then you are eligible to claim seat under both the quotas.
