Is ncert books sufficiently enough for aiims exam ??

For Biology, they are enough. But for Physics and Chemistry, you need strong concepts which are sometimes difficult to build by studying only NCERTs. You should refer other books for these two. Try solving sample papers. If you can solve by reading NCERT, that means your concepts are strong.

Sir last year in physics a topic called atomic spectra not involved in Neet syllabus but in last year question paper a question was asked regarding atomic spectra (wavelength of Lyman series and balmer series )  and this the same syllabus not involved atomic spectra topic so should I study out of syllabus or only the syllabus sir ??

First of all sorry for late reply.
But, as per NEET syllabus, chapter "atoms and nuclei" is included. And as per my knowledge, atomic spectra is a topic under this chapter, so you should definitely study it.
