Ncert biology is enough for scoring decent marks, i.e 300+ marks. If you want to score even better then,  I will suggest you to go through the book ncert at your fingertips biology by mtg or gear up neet biology.

Both of these books are extremely good for neet .

But you don't need to go through both the book , go through anyone and you will good to go for neet.
