NCERT At Your Fingertips is definitely a good book and mostly it is NCERT based. But if you are asking this for any national level entrance exam Jee Main or Neet, however you haven't mentioned this, then you need to prepare from other books like HC Verma, DC Pandey for Physics, Organic Chemistry by O P Tandon, RD Sharma for Mathematics, Truman Vol 1 and 2 for Biology etc. Mention the name of the exam so that we can provide you with the best books.
