Is NCERT+ NCERT exampler enough for getting seat in AIIMS?

Theoritically it should be enough. But its not. Although the syllabus is said to be +2 but its actually +2,1st and 2nd Year Bsc. The physics and chemistry need practice of higher order questions which is not present in NCERT only.
