Just sufficient But You need to be very expert in it and Not just read but should be able to solve all the numerical of Physics and Chemistry because Biology will cover Mostly and same as Chemistry but for Physics and Physics You need to be able to solve Problem to crack NEET, Question in Physics NCERT are of Good quality as per the NEET level therefore also complete them.

your main focus should remain on NCERT  textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly,after this you can opt any reference book for practising MCQ'S.i hope this information helps you.
