As of now No official announcement has been made by NTA, National Testing Agency regarding schedule of NEET 2022 examination.
---- Though the tentative (not confirmed) date for NEET 2022 examination is May 2, 2022.
Also the Counseling and seat allotment process for NEET UG 2021 hasn't begun yet so this delay might reflect in the delayed announcement for complete schedule and application process for NEET 2022.

No, not yet, the application form of NEET 2022 has not yet been released by the official authority. However it is expected that soon it will be released by National testing agency which will conduct the national eligibility and entrance test for the year 2022.
National eligibility and entrance test will be conducted for providing admission to the MBBS, Ayush and veterinary courses. Other than this admission to the bachelor of nursing admissions are also provided on the basis of National Eligibility and Entrance Test.
