Till now, no update and notification has been generated by NTA for NEET 2022. As of now, you can rely on 2021 syllabus and practise according to it.

The syllabus mostly stays the same for NEET exam , however minor changes may be made
The syllabus of NEET exam will be released along with the information bulletin for the academic session. In the meantime, candidates who are preparing for NEET syllabus 2022 can download the last year NEET syllabus and begin their preparation.
