Hello Aspirant,
For admission to MBBS course now you have the only way that is NEET because now AIIMS has also scrapped the AIIMS entrance exam for MBBS and it also take candidates for MBBS on the basis of NEET score.
Now you can appear for NEET 2021 if you will satisfy the following criterion :-
** You must have passed 10+2 with PCB and English as compulsory subjects.
** If you belongs to General/Unreserved category then you should have minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB.
** Also you should have passed in English subject along with PCB.
** Your minimum age should be 17 or more by or before December 31st of the examination year.

NEET Exam Pattern
Duration : 3 hours
Sections: Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Botany and Zoology)
Total No. Of Questions : 180 Objective type questions
45 questions from Physics
45 questions from Chemistry
90 questions from Biology (Botany, zoology)
Each question carry 4 marks for every correct answer. There is also negative marking, deducting 1 mark for every wrong answer.
Since 2020 , AIIMS entrance exam was already scrapped. And these colleges take admissions on the basis of NEET scores.
