is neet and aiims going to merged in 2020?....and if yes,what will be the pattern of the exam?will it be like neet pattern or aiims pattern?

i think you have misunderstood.Aiims pg 2020 exam is merged with NEET pg 2020 which will be from now on called NEXT exam which is entrance exam for pg. Although,there hasn't been any official announcement regarding this issue .So for now admission in aiims will be carried out by it's exam only and not neet.

Neet and aiims can't merge ever. Neet fill the all over India medical government and private colleges seats through its entrance exam. That is 65000 + seats
And on other hand aiims fulfill its 1207 seats in aiims medical colleges only.
There is chance that aiims and jipmer can be merged but it will be also difficult.
