Hello Aspirant,
Both NEET and BITSAT are of almost the same level of difficulty when it comes to physics. NEET has more direct questions in the sense that if you know and has memorised the formulae then you are good to go. With BITSAT having a basic knowledge of physics in a conceptual sense is very important. I would suggest that you refer books like H.C.Verma or the Arihant books on physics.
