Hello,

It totally depends upon the country you choose for your admission .There are many countries which accept ielts where there are some other countries which accept other exam like GRE etc.

So if you planning for countries like China, Ukraine, Russia, Philippine, Kyrgyzstan then IELTs not required there for admission .

And also there few countries which allows admission in few colleges without NEET.

These are

China : China three gorges University

Anhul medical university.

Capital medical university

Chongqing medical university

Philippine:.  AMA school of medical

University of perpetual help.

Angeles' university foundation

So it all depends upon the country u choose but for many countries NEET is a mandatory for admission ielts can be optional as per countries or college requirements .

All the best!!
