Hello dear!!!! Yes if you appear for neet exam, it also provides for the course of physiotherapy. But there are other exams also like CET jipmer, etc. and other colleges which conduct their own entrance test like CMC Vellore, Madras medical College, etc.

Admission into B.Sc. physiotherapy is done via entrance examinations conducted by the concerned organization.
I could find no institutions that accept NEET UG scores.
