You qualify to get admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy(BPth) course if you appear for MHT-CET exam and secure cut off marks.
You then study Physiotherapy and undergo a certain time for internship and then you get a degree and registered as a Physiotherapist.
Please check the eligibility criteria and cut off marks to get into BPth courses in Maharashtra and Rest of India. Keep yourself updated with the various exams and rules, it keeps changing.

Hello! Yes, clearing NEET is compulsory for government and private colleges in Maharashtra which are under DMER. Admissions are on merit basis according to NEET rank. Government physiotherapy colleges are-
