Dear aspirant
I hope neet paper is changed means you are asking about neet exam pattern for 2021. Exam pattern has been changed this year with same syallbus as previous.
As per the latest update NEET exam pattern 2021, there will be a total of 200 questions of which candidates need to answer 180 questions. The questions in the NEET exam pattern is divided into two sections - Section A and B. Section A contains 35 questions while Section B will have 15 questions. Of these 15 questions in Section B, candidates need to answer 10 questions.
All subjects i.e phy, chem, botany and zoology will be divided into two sections A & B. Section A will consist of 35 questions in all subjects which you have to attempt all. In section B which consists of 15 questions you have to attempt only 10.
So out of total 200 questions you will have to attend only 180 questions,this year you will get 20 questions extra if you know questions from that section you can attempt those.
This has been done for the first time so if it is successful then may be next year also same pattern will exist
