Before the declaration of the result, it is compulsory for all the candidates to fill the NEET Phase 2 Registration Form within the specified period, failing to which will lead to the cancellation of the candidature.  The last date for filling out phase 2 application form has already passed on 13th October. In the second phase of NEET 2021 application form, candidates need to fill their personal, class 10 and 11, parent income details and upload the documents as per the specifications. Check the particulars to be filled in the NEET application form phase-2.
