Yes

In NEET exam, questions aren't tough but conceptual. If your Concept is clear then you can easily answer those questions

In JEE, as their main subject is mathematics, most part of their exam is calculative plus engaging. Their questions are bit on tougher side then NEET examination

Moreover both exam include class 11th and 12th physics so NCERT is a must go to book for both exams.

Physics asked in NEET exam is very calculative but not that difficult as of JEE. JEE physics is tricky as you cannot expect it to be easy. JEE Physics requires thorough knowledge of every concept of physics.
You can expect to clear physics part in NEET  just by knowing the basic of tall the topics , mainly biology is very difficult in NEET.
