YES, its compulsory to get admission in any medical college around the world, if you have gotten yourself in a university before 30 may or 30 june(didnt remember correctly) 2018, u might be relaxed from this rule...as this rule is applied from that date only...

For even foreign admissions in MCI recognised countries for mbbs, a qualified status in NEET is a must.
No admission will be given without it.
