No, neet examination is not mandatory for getting admission in BPT i.e bachelor in physiotherapy .
Admission in bachelor in physiotherapy is either through :-
NEET examination is only required for following courses:-
MBBS
BDS
Ayush courses
BVSc
Though in some states like Maharashtra neet examination is accepted for BPT, paramedical courses, BSc nursing , etc
