Hi,
As of now nothing can be predicted with absolute surity about whether the cutoff will go up or come down.
Since every year the cutoff trend varies depending on many factors like the number of candidates apprearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the paper etc.
So i suggest its wise to wait for the resukts to be out.
