No won't get any mbbs medical college with just 140 marks even though you have qualified the exam. Even an ST candidate will not get not even courses like BDS, BAMS.

According to the rule the cut off of NEET allows any student who scored more than that to be eligible to study medicine.

After that the real process begins. Now the main admission criteria depends on the respective cut offs by different medical and dental colleges.

For government medical colleges and universities MCC conducts the counselling for 15%AIQ seats. Respective state governments also conducts counselling for 85% state quota seats.

For private deemed universities also, MCC organise the counselling and for other private college, respective state cells organise the counselling along with the government ones.

So, yes scoring more than the qualifying marks makes you eligible for studying medicine but you need to sit for counselling to see which college you get on the basis of your score and the cut off released.
