What do you asking is not clear. See for NEET you need to pass your 10+2 with PCB as subjects and you must have 50% marks in aggregate. So if you have completed Diploma in MLT then also you have to satisfy this criterion. Now if you have done MLT and then attempting then NEET can be felt easy or hard based on your preparation. So your knowledge in MLT can influence your professional career but there will be no influence due to it in your NEET score.
