hi,
neotia university of west bengal is a newly established university which was established on 2015, the university has approval of
ugc- university grant commission
aicte- all india council of technical education
bci- bar council of india
pci- pharmacy council of india.
since it has no ICAR approval, it would be better you go for other icar approved colleges.
